Severe breathlessness triggered after us

Patient reports sudden shortness of breath for the last 4-5 days, requiring forced deep breaths for temporary relief. Senses a thick, heavy buildup of mucus in the airways without an active cough. History of severe respiratory allergy 3 years ago (Serum IgE: 506 IU/mL). Works in a hotel (1 year, asymptomatic), but symptoms started within 20 days of using a liquid mosquito vaporizer overnight in a completely closed, unventilated room. Self-restarted old prescription of Acebrophylline 200mg SR this morning with mild relief, but chest tightness persists. No fever. Seeking expert guidance on treatment.

Persistent right-sided chest pa

Two months ago, I had a severe cough and right-sided chest pain during breathing. A chest X-ray revealed a pneumonia patch. I was treated with 3 days of IV fluids and medications. Now, my cough is completely gone, but the right-sided chest pain has remained unchanged for 2 months. More importantly, I have recently developed new, mild breathing difficulty (breathlessness) which was not present during the initial infection. I am unaware of my current oxygen levels, but initially, SpO2 was 96-98%. Please advise on the next diagnostic steps or if a repeat X-ray is needed.
