Burning sensation in hand, leg, face Male, 37 Dear Dr I 've been experiencing a burning, sticky sensation in my hands, feet, face and body for about a year. Sometimes I feel fine, then other times it starts to feel worse. Please tel me what I should do and types of problems is it. I am taking B12 and vitamins D3 and some allergy medicine about 3 months but till now didn't completed. What may be the problem and how many days it will take to treat. Please reply so I can contact you.

Unilateral tinnitus twitching and diplo

I stated getting tinnitus like thing noticeable 1.7 years ago then I got diplopia that stays even after closing one eye and goes in sunlight 1 year ago in between I started getting bodywide and especially facial twitches that come and go. There are days that I don’t get them at all there are diya I get the a lot. I have -5 myopia and -3.5 and -2.75 astigmatism. I also have sinus since childhood and I have history of low vitamin b12. Tinnitus is mostly in right ear. I can’t hear it in daily life i hear it in pin drop silence only. Tinnitus can be someone bilateral sometimes 2-4 times a month I hear sudden loud noises in ear also. My sleep schedule is very bad o use phone for 12-13 hours daily. Twitching comes and goes. I have no headache no balance problem at all

I have a continuous headache on alternate days sometimes... and even after taking paracetamol for two consecutive days... and it also happens when I travel... or whenever I go out somewhere. The pain is on the left side and the right side... sometimes both sides hurt at the same time, and it becomes very difficult to tolerate.
