I am a 30-year-old male with persistent fatigue and low energy. My recent blood tests show Vitamin B12 <148 pg/mL and Vitamin D 11.8 ng/mL. Hb is 15.1 g/dL and CBC is otherwise normal. Thyroid, HbA1c, kidney function and most liver parameters are normal. I am vegetarian. Please advise on the appropriate treatment for these deficiencies, including whether oral B12 or injections are preferable, dosage and duration. Also, should I get any further tests to identify the cause of the severe B12 deficiency or investigate my fatigue? I can share the complete blood report.
Hi Doctor, I’m a 20-year-old male and would like some guidance regarding a few symptoms.
For the past 7 days, I’ve been urinating quite frequently, around 8–9 times within 12 hours. Sometimes, even after urinating, I feel the urge to urinate again shortly afterward. I’ve also noticed that I’m more thirsty than usual and have been drinking water more frequently.
For the past 2 months, I’ve also been experiencing persistent fatigue/tiredness. My sleep doesn’t feel completely refreshing, even when I get what seems like enough sleep, and I often feel the need to take a ~1-hour nap during the day. I initially thought this was due to sleeping late,but the tiredness has continued even after I started going to bed earlier.
I’m also currently being treated for acne.My dermatologist prescribed Doxt-SL, which I’m taking as directed:Twice daily after food for 2 weeks
Then once daily 4 weeks.

I have had a fever, frequent bowel movements, and excess gas/bloating for the last 5 days.
Stool: Frequent urge to go, but not watery (semi-formed/regular consistency).
Gas: Experiencing significant gas/bloating alongside the frequent urges.
Fever: Persistent; returns after Dolo 650 wears off.
Medicines taken: Dolo 650 and Loperamide (neither has resolved the problem).
Please advise on the right treatment
