Doctor advised me to get my right knee mri done as it was hurting a lot. He told me earlier that I have the beginning of arthritis. Also, I've fallen on this knee 4-5 times in the last 2 years, and fractured my ankle 3 months back which led to plaster. If you can please give me some clarity about the findings. Hi doctors My shoulder orthoscopic surgery for bankart leasion had done 7 months ago and iam continuously using tablets as suggested by doctors i.e pain killers and also daily doing sometimes physio exercises.. But improvement is only around 75% . Not able to freely do hand moment's still feel like stuck . And stiffness. I have been dealing with severe plantar fasciitis issue, have tried almost everything, Hot-Cold bath for foot, painkillers, rolling foot over cold bottle, vitamin D, Collagen supplements, even took, nervite(for nerve pain).
