Hello Docs, Hope you all are doing well. For the past week, whenever I go to bed, I experience pain in my foot and calf. To relieve the pain, I need to place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking. 24M, 181 cm, 78.6 kg For 2–3 years, I’ve had a mild internal warm/burning or weird sensation in both knees, sometimes in both elbows. Very rarely, my finger joints also feel slightly stiff, mostly after riding a bike. No significant pain, swelling, redness, or prolonged morning stiffness. 2026 tests: ANA, RF, Anti-CCP and HLA-B27 negative; B12 390; Vitamin D 33, CRP- normal(0.9) 2023 ANA: Positive, titre 1:100, fine-speckled pattern, intensity 2+. Could this be nerve/muscle-related rather than arthritis?
Hello Doctor, I am a football player and had suffered an injury in my Achilles tendon of both of my legs a few months back. Initially, I took a few days of rest and resumed playing once there was no pain. However, I again got an injury on my right Achilles tendon, and this time the pain was so severe that I was unable to put weight on my right heel.
