She has a ulcer about 2.5 cm from last 45 days. She takes normal medication like orasore, omiprazol etc but not recover. She done biopsy also but report not understood. So need to consult what can I do and explain the attached report.

He then completed 36 radiation sessions, after which it reduced even further. However, after 3 months of oral chemotherapy tablets, the cancer has progressed. Our local oncologist says there is almost no chance of survival, but I don't want to lose my father without exploring every possible option. Is there any treatment—different chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, surgery, re-irradiation, embolization, or a clinical trial—that could shrink the tumor, improve his airway and swallowing, or even offer a chance of long-term control or cure? Since he responded well to the initial chemotherapy, could another regimen help again? We are willing to travel anywhere in India for the best possible treatment. Thank you.
