Have pain in lower back from quite some time, now it has worsened, pains while i walk, cough, sneeze, bend, pick something. Pain radiating to legs and feeling weak. The doctor had advised me not to squat, not to bend past 90 degrees, not to sit cross legged and from sitting on low surfaces for life. But I feel pain after walking 2-3 kms, and had 3 times minor dislocations where the joint itself Came back to its place automatically.
