I have been taking  pregabalin 75mg from 4 months .I want to discontinue this medication. Is there any withdrawal symptoms present.how to reduce dose.plz reply .

Recurring Bulge/pain in mid-foot

A heavy pan fell on my right foot about 10 months ago, not sure if this is the reason but whenever I play sports etc, a shooting pain starts from my thumb till my mid foot area and a bulge appears there. RICE method helps a little but is this a permanent solution everytime since it's recurring? Do I need to consult a doctor? If yes, which specialist? Bone or nerves?
