Hi Doctors, I went for an anoscopy and the doctor used the reusable anoscope which was inside a tray filled with water then he washed it in a tap water and then inserted it in anus. There were some fissures on my anus. Is this the way through which I can carry some hiv infection? Thanks

Infection white patch

I am attaching a pic. I have had this issue for 20 days. I noticed a ringworm kind of patch and also white layer in my groin area which is itchy sometimes. Need medication or any home remedies.

In Sep 2025 i completed 4 Doses of Rabies vaccine and after one month oct 2025 i re-exposed and took 2 more doses ..and now 27 April 2026 ...I re exposed again ..so need more vaccines?...or sufficient
