Weight gain

My son is 6.5 months old, suddenly got a fever and after a few days cold but he is all good now. At the start of the 6th month, we started solid. He was like 8 kg, after a fever, he was 7.6 kg after that he was not  gaining weight. He looks good in the morning, and after some time, he is thin.  Does it all depend on my breastfeed, or is it normal??? Peeing 6 to 7 times a day, is it normal??
