I am preparing for an SI physical test on 10 June. I am experiencing persistent heaviness and weakness in both legs. There is very little pain, but my legs feel fatigued, heavy, and do not generate enough power while running. My endurance and performance have declined significantly, and during long jump my legs get exhausted very quickly.
I have consulted multiple doctors. X-rays of my legs and lower back were normal. I have been prescribed Vitamin D supplements, muscle relaxants, recovery supplements, protein, electrolytes, and adequate hydration. Despite this, the heaviness and weakness persist.
I have also tried taking complete rest for 2 days as advised, but there was no improvement. In fact, after the rest, I was unable to complete even 1 round of running. The main problem is weakness and heaviness in both legs rather than pain.
What could be the possible cause, and what tests would you recommend to identify the root cause? With my physical test on 10 June, what can I do in the

"I had been taking Shelcal XT for about 2.5 years. In my recent blood test, my Vitamin B12 level was high at around 2000.
Shelcal XT contains:
Elemental Calcium – 500 mg
Vitamin D3 – 2000 IU
Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B12) – 1500 mcg
L-Methylfolate Calcium – 1 mg
Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate – 20 mg
Since it contains Methylcobalamin 1500 mcg, I think my B12 may have become high because I took it for a long time.
So my doctor advised me to switch to plain Shelcal 500 and Ultra D3 2000 IU.
I stopped Shelcal XT and for the past 3 days I have been taking only Shelcal 500 and Ultra D3 2000 IU.
I was fine all this time, but for the last 3 days I have been feeling mild breathing difficulty and mild palpitations.
Is it possible that these symptoms are due to changing the tablets 3 days ago?"
Hello.
I have 3 level cervical disc bulge. It was found out 6 years back and am somehow managing the symptoms like arm pain and tingling/ lightheadedness/ mild numbness in legs ( on and off ).
Now in my recent MRI - shows spinal cord damage has started which was not there till 2025 as the previous MRI from the same lab dint show it.
Am confused whether to go for surgery or not.
I visited 2 doctors - 1 says laminoplasty and the other says C3-4 - disc replacement C4-5 fusion and C5-6 disc replacement ( hybrid surgery) .
Pls guide me how to go about and what should I do.
MRI report as attached.
