I am F30 overweight . I am having pain on bottom of the foot of my left leg . Position is around 2 fingers below my middle toe. My heavy cooler fell near my ankle and it's swollen there . It's been more than week and I don't think swelling is reducing much . I guess I used crepe bandage and sumo gel to reduce swelling . I can easily walk and even play Badminton . Maybe when I rotate my ankle it hurts .
