Skin redness and black spot

My son 3 yr old weight 14 kg was having pain in upper abdomen. His crp quantative level were 8.7 mg/l on 4th may and 10.7mg/l on 29th may. His lft ast and alp was mild elevated on 4th then, came normal on 29 may. His cbc lft kft stool and urine routine and culture, h. Pylori antigen, echo, ecg , troponinI, nt bno pro, blood culture, usg abdomen ,ferritin,all normal. What can be possible reason of elevated crp which is increasing? No teething issue got checked by dentist. Troponini 53ng/ml and nt bnp pro 135ng/ml  ferritin 213ng/ml.usg abdomen normal

Vomiting since morning

He has been vomiting since morning what can you best suggest for that treatment water also he has thrown out of body

Baby not pooped

A week back my baby started solids as she is 6 months old old now. So today on day 6 she has not pooped its more than 20 hrs . Yesterday she pooped well greenish solid type . She is mixed feed baby .

Sharp bolt / screw type hit head

Hi doctors i was travelling with my 1 year old yesterday there was a sharp bolt/ screw type on sides of auto which I didn't observe he suddenly hit break and my baby hit her head sideways i am assuming she has hit that sharp bolt but she didn't cry she is asusual playful it's been 19 hours since the incident i went to pediatrician sometime back she checked and said she couldn't see any wound but am still worried how long it takes for baby to show up if any serious injury ?

Child vaccination

My child of 4 months had vaccination of his 3rd months. He is getting fever again and again. I have given pcm drops 4 hours before now again he is getting warm and I think 6 hours gap is must for next dose.
