Abdominal pain, tenesmus

Occasionally triggered tenesmus and constipation due to stress (no fever, loss of appetite). When triggered, defecation takes place once every 2-3 days only. Has happened twice within the period of 9 months. Visits to the doctor, temporarily relieves the condition, but the condition recurres when under stress, poor lifestyle (less than 5 hours of sleep, academic pressure etc.)

Stomach pain

I came back from a 2-day trip, and because of that I couldn’t completely avoid spicy food even though I requested less spice. On Tuesday night, my stomach started feeling upset. I thought it was just gas, so I didn’t pay much attention. By Wednesday, I felt somewhat better. But on Thursday, my stomach became restless again throughout the day. On both Thursday and Friday, I felt pain when food was passing through my stomach, especially during breakfast in the morning. My whole stomach was aching, with the pain around 4–5 out of 10, and it also felt restless during the day. On Saturday, the pain during breakfast was less. Yesterday and today, the pain while eating seems to be gone. However, today (Sunday morning), my stool was partly yellow and partly blackish-grey. Since yesterday and today, I’ve also been feeling light-headed. I’m not sure if the stool color is related, because I’m currently on my period as well. what do i do?
