Hi Doctor, i don't know this is normal or some fungal infection will you please check attached images. If you zoom the attached image you will see there is some inflammation around corona which fuse the outermost foreskin tip with shaft. I check this issue by uploading pic on chatgpt it is written as balanoposthitis symptoms.
