Is there any permanent fix for white coat BP? I have tried many BP medicines and anxiety medicine and long breathing and what not but still at hospital, my BP goes to 150/100. It is not the hospital environment, but the sound of the cuff and that inflating and inflating motion which triggers anxiety- also anticipation of what the numbers would be? At home bp almost always between 125/120-85/80
