Health Q&A
Knee injury

I am suffering from isolated ligament (pcl) injury. Doing regular exercises for quard from two years. I can feel some laxity and knee buckling if exercises are skipped for a day or two. Ligament is intact but loosely attached. I am in constant pain each and everyday. Nothing is effective. Pain and stiffness is there when i start to walk. Muscles gets tighter after some time and pain becomes less. As soon as i rest and start a walk again i feel stiffness . Upper bone pressing on lower one and joint pain kind of felling is there all the time. Will it ever heal?? Should i do a complete bed rest for a month !? How to minimze the pain!? I am not looking forward for surgery. I can do all possible exercises for it. Please suggest..thankyou

Pains in legs

I am 35 yrs. I am vegetarian. I never smoked and never taken alcohol in my life. Also I am not addicted with any type of tobacco. I have been suffering from pains in legs, waist and back for long time. I visited doctors. They did some X-Rays and blood tests. They didn’t find anything special and prescribed some medicines. In spite of those medicines, there are no satisfactory outcomes. If I do any small physical work related to my legs, my legs tremble/vibrate with pain. Is it related to weakness in my legs or it’s because of my leg ache? Please let me know how to recover it?

Knee muscles strength

Had an arthroscopic surgery done one month before for complete acl tear from femoral side and 80% medial meniscus bucket handle tear. Not able to bend my leg above 90 deg. Still having numbness over the stitches portion and zero sensation over the calf region on the fibula side. No strength in the knee muscles. Able to walk with a stick, but sometimes lose balance. Going through physiotherapy. Please help.

Right Leg Weakening

I have continuous pain in my right leg and it is weakening too. Can you please tell me how to get rid of it. It is always facing some tension. Sometimes I am unable to walk.

Shin injury

I was playing football and hurt my shit due to impact with another person's leg. On the day of the injury, there was a big lump like swelling on the shin(on the side), just below the calf. That swelling has somewhat subsided, just a small bony swelling now remains. But I've noticed that my ankle is getting a bit discolored. You can clearly see the difference in the color of the ankle. There is slight pain also when I touch it. Almost no pain while walking. I had show it to an Ortho sometime back who said it would heal. I have been going for physiotherapy for something else, where they do ultrasound for my shin as well, in order to reduce the swelling. Can someone please tell me if this is normal or should I consult a doctor again?
