Hypopnea respiraty problem
I am diagnosed with hypopnea by my doc. Cpap is the only mandatory treatment i can proceed with ? No medications for it ?

I have been suffering from a persistent cough for the past one month. Despite taking antibiotics, Inhaler and other prescribed medications, there has been no significant relief. Recently, I have started experiencing episodes during coughing where I feel choked and temporarily unable to breathe for a few seconds, which is causing concern. I have also undergone a CT scan of the chest. The findings include: Fibroparenchymal bands in bilateral lung fields. Subtle ground glass opacity in the left lower lobe. Presence of multiple mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes I request your expert advice regarding: The possible cause of my persistent cough and breathing difficulty.
From past 1 day I am getting sharp shooting pain when I deep breathe in my right chest.The pain is only when I deep breathe.1 week ago I had done chest x-ray and it was normal.What could be the reason of pain??I have attached chest x-ray report.
I have been awake for two days without a drop of sleep, no matter what i do, i can't sleep. I am suffering from insomnia and i feel fine surprisingly but my head hurts. This has been going on for a month. I could only catch 3-4 hours of sleep a day now it's gone.
Past 4 days she is waking up to breathe while trying to sleep..no snoring (only when she lay on d back that to sometimes not always in past two months it happened twice only) can sleep a bit bec she takes amxiety medicine otherwise she remains awake whole night
