I m feeling gastric type after eating and also feeling like to pass the stool after eating. Sometime feeling like upset in middle abdomen while pressing but no diahrrea and no vomiting nothing and i had also stopped eating fastfood cheese and late night eating since 2 months and also lost around 6 kg weight. Plss suggest opinion

I took iron infusion during colonoscopy in February as I was on 24ug/l. Then, the iron was 532ug/l (February) after infusion. In March my blood result shows the iron dropped to 229ug/l. My question is, is it normal to see ferritin Level go down within a month with infusion. I was also diagnosed with crohn's disease but I don't have any crohn's symptoms. My colonoscopy was done because I had low iron.
I am having lose motions since two days. No other symptoms such as dever or vomiting. Feeling a little bit lazy
