I think I might have a hairline fracture on my right tibia. I was kinda running up carpeted stairs and fell and hit/ landed on my right leg. Normally for something like this i would just expect some pain and maybe a bruise but the pain is a 7 on an 1-10 pain scale and keeps getting worse to the point where I have a slight limp and its swollen.
So, I had a huge basketball tournament this weekend, and I ve played in at least one game in the last five days (on some days three) and on Sunday (the third of five) I had a sudden pain in the middle of running in my lower back on the left side. So, it was really bad yesterday (day five of five) so I sat out for most of my games, and it s even worse today.
During a practice today, I would find myself randomly and uncontrollably falling to one knee and being in a lot of pain. I also had a lot of trouble running and even just walking in general. But once I stopped moving it was fine, but worse than it had been before the practice started.
I looked up the symptoms for a back sprain and they match perfectly. Do you think that s it or that it ll go away? I had a similar thing happen five or six months ago to a lesser extent that went away very quickly.
My right side rib is 2-3 cm outward than left side. Is this normal or it is some posture disorder? Can it be corrected by doing gym?
Since 40-45 days am having a pain at left knee. Whenever am folding my left leg to sit in a chair or on floor am feeling more pain at back of the knee when am releasing the leg to normal position. And also I couldn't able to sit more than 5 mins by folding my leg.
I have very regular pain specially in the morning, on the back of foot heel (not below the foot). It is so severe sometime that walking is difficult. Plz suggest why it happening and how to cure this.
I wear different kind of shooes on regular basis but I mainly wear official leather shoes (with a regular heel) and that's when I find it more difficult.
