Chest tightness

I am having chest tightness and feels like airway narrowing when there is weather change or when i get rained on or get cold there is very little mucus production which happens like clearing out throat. am having chest tightness and feels like airway narrowing when there is weather change or when i get rained on or get cold there is very little mucus production which happens like clearing out throat.A week ago doctor prescribed me Deriphylline, clarithromycin and monteleukast for three days. It felt relieving then when i ate an icecream it started again. Now what should i do???

Cough from 1 month with wheezing

My son is 6 year old weight of 20 kg. When he returned from village after summer vacation.. He started cough.. I checked him with mbbs/dch.. He prescribed cepodem  and duoline nebulizer for 3 days and levoline syrup, omnacatril forte syrup and levoline,montina l for 5 days...situation in control but cough again started after 2 days.. I again contacted him...he prescribed levoline and montina l for next 5 days...again cough started after completion of medication.. Then my son checked by  MD.. He prescribed levoline, budecort nebulizer, bilasure m kid, clarinova 125 dry syrup, cheston ls junior for five days..cough in control.. Again I went to him on 4th day as he said to come.. He said wheezing is not going.. Child is allergical... He prescribed omnacatril 20 mg along above medicine for 3 days.. Then start 1 month course of montair 10 mg.. I search everywhere telling 5 mg montair tab for 6 year

Was suffering from viral fever .. fever has completely subsided .. but I have a cough with hemoptesis in the morning and when I cough very hard ..and clothed blood in my cough .. attaching my chest x ray .. blood report was normal with esr of 8 mm/hr
