I had an ankle twist in April 2026. Then I was fine. But in August I started having pain and consulted the doctor again. Started using tendocare tablets and started physiotherapy as well. But still I'm having slight swelling and pain. Now I have taken mri yesterday and attached reports here. What should I do next steps and please tell me treatment plan
Pain lower bank difficulty in stretching bending and lying down. No heavy object lifting. Sunday had beers and woke up with pain , dry mouth, dry lips.
