My mother is suffering from severe back knee pain. Pain starts from the back of the knee and runs in the whole foot.No swelling or black - blue in the area. The only nerves in the area are black blue. Pain increases when she folds knee.if kept straight then nerves stiffness is there. A hot press makes the stiffness worse. She can't take the weight of her body. Can't walk.
Hello Docs, Hope you all are doing well. For the past week, whenever I go to bed, I experience pain in my foot and calf. To relieve the pain, I need to place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking. Very rarely, my finger joints also feel slightly stiff, mostly after riding a bike. No significant pain, swelling, redness, or prolonged morning stiffness. 2026 tests: ANA, RF, Anti-CCP and HLA-B27 negative; B12 390; Vitamin D 33, CRP- normal(0.9) 2023 ANA: Positive, titre 1:100, fine-speckled pattern, intensity 2+. Could this be nerve/muscle-related rather than arthritis?
