Recently my mother has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Below i am sharing the cytology report results:
Microscopic Examination - Cellular smears show clusters of cells with enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei. There is mild anisonnucleosis. Few singly scattered cells with large hyperchromatic nuclei seen.
Diagnosis - FNAC - Left Breast Lump - Intraduct carcinoma
Adv - Excision Biopsy with intraoperative frozen section examination to rule out invasive malignancy.
We are still waiting for biopsy reports. I would like to have your opinion on the same on what sort of treatment would be recommended for such a case
