I have serum LDH 1700 u/L, beta hcg 430.40 miu/ml, afp 1.28 iu/ml, i did ct scan for abdomen pelvis and thorax but report were normal. Sonography says i have large isoechoic soft tissue mass lesion measuring 12.7x9.0x11.3 cm noted in scrotal sac predominantly in right side. Pls advise whether its hydrocele or testicular cancer.
