Issue regarding painkiller injection

Dear doctor, I am a 18yr old I recently got a meta tarsal fracture on my left leg , so they applied a cement cast during that the doctor gave me a pain killer injection on my left side of my thigh , it has been 10days since that occured but still i feel the pain from past 5days and i feel like there is a lump of mass in the place where injection was given , when ever i try to jump and walk with one leg that i start to feel that lump like thing and it hurts  , i said this to doctor and he said to keep ice on that region , even though i am putting there isnt a change  will that lump cause any severe damage??? The doctor said that sometimes the injection doesn't reach the muscle and that is surrounded by fat molecules and form like lump , please tell me is that curable with ice , I have exam in 1month and i just came to this platform to ask a doctor abt this donot say that consult me i just want a suggestion/opinion/ reply to this i dont need any conusltation of you ..

Chest pain  and palpitations

I am a 20 year old male, I had on and off palpitations for 1.5 years, around the same time I had a peculiar HTN which was only shown in home at doctors office it was normal, I had 20 ecg( 2 ordered by doctor, 3 in emergency rooms, rest 15 done by me just after having the episodes) all were either normal or sinus tachycardia, two echo Doppler all normal, 24 holter monitor with 5 SVE. My lipid (ldl 95,hdl 48, Tg 78, Tc 157), my cbc was normal, lft was normal my two time trop t test in normal, I went to CMC where 4 medicine doctor, 4 cardiologist, 3 endocrinologist saw me no one found anything wrong but still every day I have chest pain and palpitations randomly I am fear of death 24/7 because I don't know at this point what doctor or medical line to see.. I am 122 kg before I was 129kg, I am on 1.25mg of BISOPROLOL and 2.5mg of Amlodipine , my bp is on avg (106/65).. I don't know what to do I feel weight cause me a heart issue causing death.

Medicine doubts

I am already taking Vitamin D3 60K once a week for up to 12 weeks as advised by my doctor. Later, the doctor prescribed another medicine which contains calcium along with vitamin D. So, should I take that as well? My vit d level was low and iron also. Already taken iron injection.

Frequent cough and cold

I keep getting recurring cough and cold along with minor fever too. It causes me headaches and sinusitis effect at first and then the cough gets stuck in nasopharynx mainly.i tried taking fee antibiotics too but it still doesn't improve and i feel so much fatigue.

Multivitamin suggestion

Please recommend multivitamin and calcium tablet for 60+ years female with vegan option and dosage details...
