A pot of hot tea fell on my right foot and it burnt. This looks drying. I feel a tightness on that area. I'm cleaning the wound with saline water and applying mega heal twice. Please advise if there's anything else I need to do. Do I have to peel the skin? Or it will be an automatic process?

I got a blood and urine test done day before and the report says that I have chroni vitamin D deficiency. I also had b12 deficiency but because I was taking supplements for 4-5 days before the test, the report doesn't clearly shows that. I might have some B6 deficiency also.
