Skin darkening due to sun exposure
I spent today whole in sun near beach. My skin has become considerably dark. I read in internet some damage due to sun is reversible some is not. Please tell me if this darkening will reverse or not.

I have localised left chest pain. Done all tests. Echo tmt(april 2024) holter chest xray All normal. Do i have to repeat these tests again? Still i should be concerned of cardiac issue? Please guide. I have done tmt 3 times in 6 months, 2 echo in 6 months. The fear of heart issue is not going away due to this pain and all.
For the past 15 days, I have been experiencing diarrhea and stomach pain. I took some medicines like antibiotics and painkillers, but after stopping them, my stomach pain started. So the doctor suggested some tests, including a liver test. In the test, my serum SGPT(ALT) was 56.90 U/L (0-35 range) and my serum SGOT(AST) was 29.20 U/L (0-40 range). SGPT rises due to antibiotics, painkillers, or any other reason.
