Hello Doctor, We would like to consult you regarding this critical case. The patient (65-year-old male) is currently admitted at Max Hospital, Dehradun, and is on tracheostomy support following severe pneumonia with sepsis. Despite ongoing treatment, there has been no significant improvement. TSH SLIGHTLY HIGH
