Chest & throat tightness
I had a viral fever 3 weeks ago, but chest tightness lingers. Have a little wheezing sometimes have trouble taking in air. Stethoscope examination ruled out any congestion. Heart area is a little painful. Should I be alarmed, or is this normal post viral inflammation that goes away over time? I'm 37 F normal weight, exercise daily.

Now I started coughing a little too.. but there is no blood in my sputum though but I m suspecting that what if my pulmonary tb mdr has returned...which got cured a year ago...
