The first part of my stool comes out on its own without much straining and is of normal thickness. However, after sitting for a while and applying slight pressure, the remaining stool that comes out is noticeably thinner. There is no bleeding and I do not have any significant pain or discomfort. However, when I strain more during bowel movements, a small reddish fleshy tissue protrudes slightly from the anus. It goes back inside automatically when I stop straining. I am taking 1 tsp isabgol husk 2 or 3 times in a week. A few weeks ago I visited a surgeon and the DRE was normal (within limits).
I have been feeling weak from last 3-4 months. Sometimes I notice foam or bubbles in my urine. I also get painful, pimple-like bumps on my scalp/head, especially when I feel stressed. They are painful when I touch them. I would like to know what might be causing these symptoms and whether I need any blood or urine tests.
I had a beard trim at a barber shop today. About one minute before me, the barber had trimmed the beard of another man who was over 40 years old. I had an open wound under my beard, and the barber’s scissors touched that wound while trimming my beard. I’m not sure whether there was any blood on the scissors from the previous customer. If that man was HIV-positive and there had been fresh blood on the scissors, could I get HIV from this?😢
I have been experiencing occasional pain on the right side, below the ribs, for about 3 months. The pain stopped completely for some time but started occurring occasionally again. I had an ultrasound, which showed mild hepatomegaly (mildly enlarged liver). I took two bottles of Adlive, after which the pain improved, but it later returned occasionally. The pain is now less than before. Please advise what could be the possible cause and whether I need any medicine.
