Please suggest me for high triglycerides. It is 288.
And hdl is low. I had been taking medicines rosuvastin for cholesterol. But can it be possible to reduce my triglycerides without medicines.
I don't want to make a habit of medicine now only
I m 44 years married old women.
It's happening from past one year up and down.
My ECG, 2d echo, sugar other tests all are normal.
Except my cholesterol.
My physical activity is not great. But i do walking 10-15 minutes a day.
Please suggest. I tried taking cholesterol care tea as well from past one month
But it's same. Not increased not reduced.

I m 44 year married female. From past one year I have high triglycerides and cholesterol up and down. I was taking rosuvastatin tablet once and then my cholesterol use to come down but not much difference in triglycerides. My physical activity is not that great. I did my last lipid report yesterday it was showing triglycerides - 288 and 3 months before it was 292. I don't want to be dependent on medicines at this age. My ldl was 101 and hdl was 34 as per yesterday report and total cholesterol showing as 169 below range in report.
Please tell me how to reduce triglycerides naturally or medicine is the only way to reduce it. I keep repeating my lipid every 3-4 months to check my levels. From past one month I has stopped my rosuvastin tablet and was taking cholestrol care green tea thinking it will reduce my triglycerides but not showing much difference in numbers. Please help m worried. My ECG and 2 d echo reports are normal. Please guide dictors
Having hair fall, no pattern baldness, only the density is decreasing. Should I take Iron, if yes then what is the dosage and time period before a follow up test? And what salt? Chelated? Please tell me medicine name or exact dosage in mg with time period. Also, daily or alternate days? Thank you.

I currently work a hectic desk job where I am glued to the sceen for 10 hrs approx for 5/6 days a week.
I have recently had issues with focus, I'm lazy, have started to feel brain fogged and loosing my chain of thoughts while speaking.
Wanted to check if my B12 and Vit D is right. I have had low levels of both 6 yrs ago. Took the medication and have never tested back again.
