When I'm doing shoulder workouts, such as Pushups or Indian Pushups (Dand), a ticking sound comes from my both shoulders as I do workout. It is painless but sounds with every movement.

Pain lower bank difficulty in stretching bending and lying down. No heavy object lifting. Sunday had beers and woke up with pain , dry mouth, dry lips. I have pain near my tailbone, but only while sleeping. When I try to change positions in bed, the pain is extremely severe, and I need support to turn over. I’ve had this pain for almost 5 years, but it has become slightly worse after delivery. I don’t have any pain or difficulty while sitting, standing up, or walking.
