Ankle sprain

I had a sprain in my left ankle and developed a bad swelling 15 days before.I consulted an orthopaedic.I got an xray done which was normal. then doctor suggested me some pain killers for 5 days. My medicines are over still sometime pain erupts again. He even suggested some physiotherapy and taping. My pain has decreased alot from before.earlier I was having difficulty in climbing down the stairs and walking. But now that pain has reduced but I still have problem in using Indian style of washroom. The pain is little unbearable while sitting in that posture. Can you please suggest what can be done in duch a scenario.

Pain in ankles and joints

Dear Sir, I have been suffering from pain in ankles and joints of legs from past few days. As soon as I stand after sitting it pains vigorously under soles of my foot and feel difficult to walk. It has been started after I recovery from a viral fever. Kindly help. thanks.

Legs are burnt and finger

Both legs has burnt at the age of 4 year old. Fore toes of left leg deformed due to extra formation of bone. Skin of leg become hard and crack which produces pain. Sir I want to permanent solution of this problem. Kindly suggest me.

Knee injury

I am suffering from isolated ligament (pcl) injury. Doing regular exercises for quard from two years. I can feel some laxity and knee buckling if exercises are skipped for a day or two. Ligament is intact but loosely attached. I am in constant pain each and everyday. Nothing is effective. Pain and stiffness is there when i start to walk. Muscles gets tighter after some time and pain becomes less. As soon as i rest and start a walk again i feel stiffness . Upper bone pressing on lower one and joint pain kind of felling is there all the time. Will it ever heal?? Should i do a complete bed rest for a month !? How to minimze the pain!? I am not looking forward for surgery. I can do all possible exercises for it. Please suggest..thankyou
