Hiii... I'm 35 years old... I had a cavity in my tooth and it was causing pain, especially at night. However, the pain used to go away on its own without any medication. When I visited the dentist, they recommended a root canal treatment (RCT). However, they also suggested trying a temporary filling first to see if the tooth could be managed without an RCT. They said that if there was no pain after the filling, we could continue with it; otherwise, an RCT would be necessary.
Yesterday morning, I got the filling done. After returning home, I started experiencing very severe tooth pain in the evening—much worse than I had ever felt before. We called the dentist, and they prescribed a painkiller and an antibiotic and again advised an RCT.....i wanted to ask whether getting the filling was the wrong decision. What could be the reason for such severe pain after the filling?
Hi, I have had jaw dislocation episodes twice. First time got fixed in 2 hours with midazolam and reduction by doctor. Second time , they gave me anesthesia and midazolam and saved it after 6 hours (exploited) .
Now its been 3-4 minths since the jaw dislocation and its been fine up until last week when its started having spasm in right jaw muscles and slight pressure or heavyness just below cheekbone in front of ear. And I been taking myospaz tablets for 5 days . Just so my muscles don't spasm too much at night . And risk jaw dislocation. It happened to me while yawning or opening muth too wide.
So now idk why the heavyness suddenly appeared and not going away after a week of muscle relaxant once at night. And i actuvely avoid clenching . Idk if i used to clench in sleep.
Also, It feels like i hear slightly differently from right ear. Might be related to jaw related issue too.
5 days ago I had tongue bite while eating today redness pain almost gone but selling is still there

Is there anything suspicious ? Please answer I am really worried about this
My baby was born on 16 May 2025. I have noticed multiple black/dark spots on both the upper and lower front teeth and am concerned whether these are cavities, stains, or an enamel problem.
He takes NAN PRO 3 formula milk and daily supplements (D3 Must, Gemcal P, and A To Z NS, 1 ml each). His diet includes dalia, dal, apple puree, banana.
Could you please advise:
1. What could be causing these black spots?
2. Do these look like cavities that need treatment?
3. Could formula milk, night feeds, diet, or supplements be contributing?
4. Should I take him for an in-person dental check-up urgently?
I have attached a photo for reference.
