Want to remove my penis and testis

I am on hrt I don't want my body parts I want that doctor do surgery and remove my private parts penis and testis both . Is it necessary to change gender in documents ? Or can I live life without this ? I don't want others should know that I am no more boy or man .

Pud at surgery site

I had gall bladder surgery 2 months back. Among 4 sites 3 are ok but from 1 site pus was discharging I went for USG. There was a pin inside so doctor removed it and after 15 days also few drops of pus is coming sometimes, and new surgery site is not completely closed.

And all thjs medicine is it affect on my future pregnancy we are just married after 1 year we are planning so all thjs medicines are ok And above medicines plz tell me how to take i forgot to ask general physican Eg:Before meal after meal brkfast lunch etc ..reply me asap
