Hello. 1st of all. YouR reports are showing 2 different departments interventions.
As per your symptoms in the opd prescription. You are having lower abdomen pain probably due to pelvic inflammatory disease. The antibiotics given will help.
And for Pmos and the hemorrhagic cyst. Please consider talking to your gynae
For gall bladder stone please get a referral in general surgery dept. Since the stone is 11mm you need a gall bladder removal soon
