How do Dentist manage crown if the bite of the patient is quite deep? My Dentist have had a tough time getting it right because gap is coming in the molar and I don't understand the technical terms, but as per her opinion due to the deep bite, the crown is getting set higher. Hi can someone please tell me what it is ? I have this for a month now. It doesn't hurt but get burning sensation when I eat something acidic. It is in the same place didn't spread or anything. I have this ever since I had peri peri fries continuous for week as it was spicy,acidic , hot and salty. Could it be the cause? I did ask my dentist who told me to reach out to oral specialist since I also have hypothyroidism and in a lot stress could be a cause of it. . I took my 3.5 year daughter to dentist to screen teeth. Dr suggested and done fluoride coating. Then she ask to do 3 consecutive weeks same procedure.
