I am 52 years old. My periods have not stopped. I am suddenly having anxiety, phobia,zero motivation to do personal work. I am not able to sleep. Sudden heat and suffocation in the body. Incessant worries. I don't know how to cope. I have a young daughter going yo school. My husband helps but no other medical or personal support. I am diabetic and have had angioplasty with 2 stents.
