The sensation is a sharp, intense shock that makes the tooth feel unstable, as if it might fall out. Otherwise, the area feels normal. I took my 3.5 year daughter to dentist to screen teeth. Dr suggested and done fluoride coating. Then she ask to do 3 consecutive weeks same procedure.
