OLD Age related ATROPHY

Patient was hospitalised for 20 days and now discharged ,at home on nasal feeding ,low level of calcium. All vitalsare okay. Medicines given are atorvastin 10 mg, Telma 20 mg, Shukral also she has got bedshote and dressing has been carries out. During nasal feeding we got mix of blood , water and cough. Yesterday only westopped aspirin and today we will stop cloudogrel. Please advise.

Hi Doctor, i don't know this is normal or some fungal infection will you please check attached images. If you zoom the attached image you will see there is some inflammation around corona which fuse the outermost foreskin tip with shaft. I check this issue by uploading pic on chatgpt it is written as balanoposthitis symptoms. So i am confused if this is normal then no issue but if its a fungal infection so should i visit a dermatologist?
