Sir after 2 months of medication i am still facing problem of constant gas + sometime burning in stool , fart burping and warm body !! I tested negative in h pylori !! Sir i want to ask why these problems are still there !!

Medications: Nexito 5 mg (vivid dreams), Paroxetine ER 12.5 mg + Peelar 20 mg (worsened stomach), Magnesium glycinate (helped briefly, reduced intrusive thoughts last 2 days). Quit smoking/drinking 3 months ago. Anxiety fluctuates; stress/news/work trigger panic (latest after office fight). Still working but fear losing control. Financial strain from repeated visits. Which Dr to visit what to do further?
