I always feel a lightheadedness with pain at base of my skull which sometimes goes to back of the ears. My neck remains stiff too. I got rhinitis allergy once at 2019, my nose feels congested too. It's disturbing, i feel lack of focus in studies with this. Is this ear issue or neurological or bone? Whom should I meet ENT? or orthopaedic or neuro surgeon?

To relieve the pain, I need to place a pillow on my foot for pressure, which helps me fall asleep. The pain usually disappears once I start walking.
