Is any there hairline fracture at this?

Hey , can anyone confirm about any fracture in the attached x ray pictures of my left ankle which I got twisted very badly while stepping down the stairs. Also kindly tell mainly about the medial malleolus region of my ankle. I have attached pictures from different angles for better analysis. Thank you so much for your time.

Ankle Pain past 4 Days

Past 4 Days, I'm feeling a pain on my left ankle. Slight swelling present and even at rest pain is present The pain feels like a firecracker bursting and radiating the pain towards the toes and then my left knee ( has h/o grade 2 meniscus tear and acl sprain - recovery 95% ) The pain gradually had increased At rest or on any slightest touch at site or any pressure on leg - there's a throbbing pain which lasts full day.... Doesn't stop until slept On hot compression, there's a tentative relief but no over the counter med has relieved the pain What may be the cause ? Pic attached showing pain site

Fell in washroom on the back

Hi , today morning after taking bath I fell down in the washroom on right side of my back . After that i having very strong pain in right side of my back , hopefully it's not fracture or something serious injury as I can walk . But when I try to stand up from bed or bend down its like electric current in the injured area. Kindly suggest me should I go for xray or take pain killer . And please suggest me some pain killer.

Weakness in bones

My bones have been feeling weak for the last few months. Legs, arms, back, every bone is weak, I can feel it when I walk or lift anything, it feels light and weak, no strength. I checked vit D, it is 25 ng/ml. Should I take vit d 60k? How many months? It is causing me problems in daily life, as my bones feel really weak. I have calcium foods like milk, curd, etc. Also, will homeopathy medicine like calcerea phos 6x or any other help to improve it? What do I do?
