I have two lumps in my buccal mucosa and is from 2 months totally painlesss causing no problem but is persistent. I met two maxilofacial surgeon.he told it is benign but is not going anyway. When I asked for biopsy they told no need at all .this is totally benign.i asked why is it not going.they told don't take tension. I have history of chewing tobacco from 5 yrs.what should be my next step. Should I not take tension?

They told this is totally benign. And when I asked for biopsy they are saying no need of biopsy. Plzz tell me what should I do now?
How do Dentist manage crown if the bite of the patient is quite deep? My Dentist have had a tough time getting it right because gap is coming in the molar and I don't understand the technical terms, but as per her opinion due to the deep bite, the crown is getting set higher. Sir/maam, I have TMJ pain since 2021 and from then I consult many Doctors with TMJ specialized too and they have do their different treatment some say my teeth has different shap so that's why 4 teeth are took off some gave dental splint, some has advised to bite properly and I have tried everything in last 5 years but till today I haven't fully recovered from my TMJ pain...so my question is that what can I do now.
