I got a cut from a razor while shaving my arms, and it drew blood. My last tetanus booster was on Nov 30 2025, can I get tetanus? Should I get a booster again?

I am already taking Vitamin D3 60K once a week for up to 12 weeks as advised by my doctor. Later, the doctor prescribed another medicine which contains calcium along with vitamin D. So, should I take that as well? My vit d level was low and iron also. Already taken iron injection.
