Issues while walking
My mother is facing issues while walking. She sometimes loses balance while walking. And have pain in legs as well. What could be the reason for this and any medication for this ?

Hi Doctor, after walking little bit more distance like 2-3km above i start getting pain, tiredness in my upper thigh muscle and side hip muscle. Validity of shoulder MRI
I have shoulder pain for last five months. I took a MRI. It said the following. Supraspinatus tendinosis without evidence of tear. Mild acromioclavicular joint arthropathy. Minimal subacromial–subdeltoid bursitis. MRI of neck is normal. I have not had any significant pain relief yet. Pain is still same. My doubt is - How long is the mri taken in Jan 2026 valid for ? There has not been any injuries or falls after that. For my condition , for how long should I consider this mri valid ?
