Detected BONE MARROW (Multiple Mylomia), in 2016.(Near spinal cord) Blood Test indicated 25% Plasma Cell, in 2016. So far done this Tests 16 times, till last month. Now it is 1 %. Should I take that now I have been cured almost of Multiple Myloma. No medicine since last 6 months. ( Before that took THALIX-100 : 1 Tablet /day.) Thanks

I have been a CML patient since 2016 and have had undetectable reports since 2023. Since last year due to family and personal issues. I became alcohol sober and can't skip any day. I was told by a doctor friend that Neltrexone 50mg will help me to stop alcohol. But I am afraid whether it will interact with my CML medicine. Please advise I am living a very bad life. My mother was diagnosed upfront as metastatic breast cancer on Nov 2023. At that time it was ER PR positive Her2 negative so first treatment was taxol chemo 6 cycle and then tumor reduction and given palbociclib tablet with letrozole for an year and half hr then further scan showed increased. So again biopsy done and it showed tnbc and also ngs panel done and it says pic3 mutation and now completed 6 cycles of carbo and docetaxol chemo and waiting fof pet scan now but doctor sayinf next treatment will be Alpelisib and Fulvesterant injection. But this alpelisib is too costly here in india and also not sure whether insurance is gonna cover it. Any advise? Attached ngs report
