After thyroidectomy done for ptc

After thyroidectomy done for papillary carcinoma of cancer and received radio iodine therapy 3 months ago, now my follow up check up will be done on27 th April. So plz suggest what test will be done and what precautions to be done and diet should be follow for not to come back cancer in life

Cyst or something sinister?

The image i am attaching is the cyst or something like that just in between the tongue's back part and the epiglottis. I had posted a free query in the ENT section one doctor mentioned vallecular cyst. The closest similar pictures i could come across was epiglottic cyst on google. They look pretty similar to this. So i had observed this thing since last year or many months you csn say. Hx: I have history of allergies, recurrent throat infections and also tonsillitis since childhood. Recently had a bad chest infection, sfter a throat infection. After that the cough has reduced a lot but sometimes i get tickling issue in my lower throat, not sure if its cuz of this. And i dont smoke or eat tobacco. I rarely drink thst too in moderation. Never had choking symptoms or any apnea. Please guide me doctors, i am extremely scared. I am 27M, fairly active. Only symptom is occasional throat tickling or irritation mostly after eating food. But i would not call it as sore throat. Please gu

Swollen lymph node

Iam female 25. I have a swollen lymph node right under my jaw(not so big, when we touch we can feel a wide bump). Sometimes it shrinks a little bit and then swell. Sometimes it is a little bit tender. I have a history of allergies. I dont have any other symptoms. I first noticed the swollen node 2 months back after a fever and it is still there. After taking an antibiotic it didnt shrink(only took the first dose).A blood test was done. Esr-35 Platelets-140000 Wbc-7600  Lymphocytes-28% Hb-12.3 Is it serious

Small vascular fibredenoma in breast

Hi, i recently felt pain in breast, went for ultrasound,it says small vascular fibredenoma, measure 2.5*1.5*1.7, the lesion is wider than tall and has smooth margins with subtle macrolobulation, A quick doppler shows internal vascularity within the lesion, there is no problem tenderness ,the lesion is mobile easily slipping under proble, No focal lesion appreciated in the left breast No dilated ducts are seen No architectural disturbance is noted Both axillae appear unremarkable Small vascular fibredenoma in right breast Is it anything to worry,or can I leave it as it is?
