Sir any excericse for my body pain from my hip to leg joint and backbone not straight and my stomach is not straight

Back ache problem

I have a back bone ache in lower part from last few months now its paining too much

Leg bone broken and i have done plaster for 22 days but it is paning still now

Ligment tear at right knee

I was facing right knee twisted while walking or running three years ago, i was fell down while bowling in cricket and got injured in right knee. i was checked with nearby hospital by taking x-ray report but no damage in bone. Then, i don't consider as a big issue and go with my as usual activity, Recently, i fell down again when i was playing in resort and got injured in same right knee twisted. Took MRI Scan at Right Knee and found Ligment tear. Doctor said surgery must needed to cure.
