Hi,
I am 23 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing breathing issues for the past few days, including wheezing and chest tightness, mainly at night. I was using my inhaler occasionally, about 2–3 times a month when needed. However, my symptoms seem to be occurring more frequently now. Could you please advise if I can continue using this medication or suggest any other safe options for pregnancy?

I have been suffering from a persistent cough for the past one month. Despite taking antibiotics, Inhaler and other prescribed medications, there has been no significant relief. Recently, I have started experiencing episodes during coughing where I feel choked and temporarily unable to breathe for a few seconds, which is causing concern.
I have also undergone a CT scan of the chest. The findings include:
Fibroparenchymal bands in bilateral lung fields.
Subtle ground glass opacity in the left lower lobe.
Presence of multiple mediastinal and hilar lymph nodes
I request your expert advice regarding:

5 months ago one lung nodule measuring 3mmx2.5mm changes into 3mmx3.3mm size in 2nd scan. The length increases accroding to chatgpt(3.3-3) .3mm and width increases (3-2.5) .5 mm. Accroding to dr it's stable due to ct measurement variation, one dr said it grows . Which is right? Is the growth concerning? I am non smoker aged 34 years. The nodule is omin middle lobe
