Tingling sensation

I have been having tingling sensation on my teeth since last week. I went to the dentist last Wednesday and he diagonished my with Chronic generalized periodentitis. He suggested deep cleaning which I did the next day. Also took a 3 day antibiotic course. He prescribed a gumex gel and mouthwash . I also did a OPG and there was no cavity. ( I do have fillings and 2 root canals) . 4 of my teeth was removed on the past. I still feel tingling sensation. Should the tingling still be happening ? No pain or anything has happened yet

Pain in gums & redness after scaling

I had scaling and Polishing last week [8 Jun]. Before this, i already had RCT of my teeth long back. Now after scaling, on RCT side, I am having pain in between gum and cheek wall. There seems a cut and white spot on that point. After checking it myself, there is redness in the affected area. It is hurting even after i am drinking water.  I have tried dollo and Rexidin-M for last 2 days but there is still no improvement. What should i do?
