What does the blood test report shown M- spike 0.63g/dl means? Does it means that the patient have cancerous cell or non cancerous?

Sir i did one HRCT (High resolution ct scan of the thorax) in 2020...then another scan in july 2023 and again after 10 months i did another HRCT of the thorax in 2024 ......total 3 HRCT thorax done... i have read about radiation in CT scans..and in HRCT more radiation is used.... Sir i am afraid of the side effects of the 3 scans i have done.....Please guide me....i am worried
