It's been 1 years since My lower backpain started in particular area , I also get tired and easily .
I can even exercise like I used to do , my legs cants even climbs strares like I used to , minutes of exercise cause more ache in my legs my thigh to my feet , my backpain is constant , no relief , I had been to physiotherapy, vitamins , xray show completely fine ... it's all started after my abortion , but I took multivitamin and everything , and I also have pcod now And eye strain , what's really happenings to my body , if I try to exercise with heavy dumbells my chest also pain . My whole body is achy and tired .. what's happening to me .

My wrist was injured few weeks back and pain was there. And also i was not able to twist it properly.
I had done MRI now and the report suggests as attached.
